A LITTLE ABOUT ME

I am a husband, and a father to 2 wonderful children. My family and I enjoy traveling together and I am passionate about Florida State Football! On the business side of things, I help provide mortgage sales professionals with tools, strategies, and coaching that assist them in reaching their professional goals.

I first began my venture into the mortgage business as a loan officer in October of 2000 with Bank of America. In just a few short years I was in the top 3% of loan officers nationally out of over 2200. I consistently closed over 200 transactions per year and averaged $45MM per year in funded volume. I did this by learning to be a partner in my Realtor's businesses and continued to provide them value above and beyond providing excellent service.

Since my time at Bank of America I have learned that I'm extremely passionate about helping other Loan Officers grow their business as well and that has led to the business we've built today. I help loan officers to implement proven marketing strategies that I have personally used in my own career, and had remarkable success with, measured by hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue each and every MONTH. I also help Realtors implement the same strategies in their business.

I show specific step by step instructions on how to drastically increase your monthly production & income while working less hours. I do this by teaching people to hyper focus their efforts and to stop doing wasteful activities that are not producing measurable results.
