Chad is a native Floridian. He was born and raised in Boca Raton. He left South Florida for 4 years while attending Florida State University in Tallahassee. From the age of 7, Chad remembers wanting to be a Seminole. Growing up in South Florida and being a Seminole fan was tough. There were way too many Wide Rights! Most of his friends were either Miami Hurricane fans or Florida Gator Fans.
Chad graduated from Florida State in 2000 with a degree in Finance.
Chad joined Bank of America in October of 2000 and spent the next 9 years of his career there. Chad started as a Personal Banker. Mortgages were one of many job duties, but Chad excelled in that arena and quickly gravitated to a career in mortgages. Chad was promoted to Mortgage Market Manager in 2003 and was challenged with training and developing over 80 salespeople in Broward County.
In 2005, Chad migrated to individual sales and became a Mortgage Loan Advisor. Chad enjoyed tremendous success and was named to the Platinum Club and Chairman’s Club, reserved for the top 5% of loan officers nationally. Chad has been in the mortgage game ever since.
Chad joined Hamilton Home Loans in 2012 and was part of Hamilton for 10 years. He grew his team to produce more than $100M annually in funded volume. In December 2018, Chad was promoted to Co-Head of Sales and oversaw Recruiting, Sales Development, and Marketing for the billion-dollar lender. Chad helped Hamilton Home Loans double their production in just 18 months in the role.
In February of 2022, Chad returned to his roots as a Mortgage Loan Advisor. He left the direct lending world to become a Mortgage Broker. Chad believes in delivering the industry’s best mortgage rates and exceptional experience. Chad is a true consumer advocate. He is passionate about helping his clients achieve the dream of homeownership and build wealth through Real Estate.
Chad is also passionate about marketing, coaching, mentoring, and seeing others succeed.
More important than his profession is his family. He met his wife, Jolynn, at Florida State his senior year, and they’ve been together ever since. They have 2 amazing children, Jayden and Madison. He spends almost every free minute with them and genuinely enjoys taking in every moment and memory. He knows they are growing up way too fast.
For hobbies, Chad enjoys watching everything Star Wars, traveling with his family, watching the Seminoles on the football field, and exercising.
